  • Capers, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Onion: 1, sliced
  • Pimento-stuffed olives
  • Lemon juice
  • Thyme (Dried or fresh)
  • Spaghetti
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (Optional)

Method

  3. Meanwhile, rub the salmon fillets with the olive oil, lemon juice and the chopped capers. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. If you are unsure, check the thickest part of the salmon with a fork.
