Peanut Butter Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Crunchy peanut butter: 250g
  • Light Brown soft sugar: 200g
  • Egg: 1 medium

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180C.
  2. Line 2 baking trays with parchment.
  3. Beat all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Scoop out tablespoons and roll them into balls.
  5. Arrange on baking trays, well spaced out
  6. Flatten with a fork.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a rack to cool completely.
